General InformationDenniston By The Sea offers very private, secluded, waterfront guestrooms with ocean views and private bathrooms, less than ten minute drive from Victoria's city centre/inner harbour.
Your room has self-serve coffee/tea bar, microwave, refrigerator, bathrobes for the hot tub and sauna, and an electric fireplace, plus TV/DVD/CD/VCR/WiFi, complimentary long-distance calling - North America.
Across the water, the glacier-capped Olympic Mountains greet you as you enjoy a delicious, hearty breakfast with hot entré, fresh fruits and warm baked breads, served on fine china in the dining area overlooking the ocean.
Watch the boats and wildlife (binoculars provided) from the huge window in the guest living room, which has fireplace, maps and brochures, menus from Victoria restaurants, and a library.
Relax in the hot tub, at sunset or by moonlight, on the ocean-view deck, or enjoy the sauna and/or a soothing massage.

Turn left onto "Wharf Street", turn left again over the "Johnson Street Bridge", (the big blue drawbridge) after crossing the Bridge "Johnson Street" changes its name to "Esquimalt Road". Continue on Esqumalt Road for approximately 2 miles to the intersection (traffic light) of Esquimalt Road and "Admirals Road" (there will be a gas station on your right and the "Tudor House Pub" on your left). Continue on Esquimalt Road six streets further to "Grafton Street". Turn left onto Grafton Street. At the end of Grafton Street, you will see "Denniston Park" and a circle (cul de sac). "Denniston by The Sea" (430 Grafton Street) is the Tudor style home atop the rocks, overlooking the water. - Nearest major airport: YYJ 25 miles

Take Highway #17 towards Victoria to "McKenzie Exit". Turn Right (West) onto "McKenzie Road". McKenzie Road changes its name to "Admirals Road" at the intersection with Highway #1. Go straight, do not turn, continue on Admirals Road to "Esquimalt Road" (you will see a gas station on your left, and the Tudor House Pub on another corner). Turn right onto Esquimalt Road; continue on Esquimalt Road counting on left side of street only, six streets to "Grafton Street". Turn left onto Grafton Street. At the end of Grafton Street, you will "Denniston Park" sign, and a circle (cul de sac). "Denniston by The Sea" (430 Grafton Street) is the Tudor style home atop the rocks, overlooking the water.
