General InformationWelcome to paradise. This seven acre lush, secluded and all natural Coffee and Macadamia Plantation is a tropical hideaway for eco travelers, bird watchers and nature lovers.
Stroll among many varieties of native plants and flowers or rest in one of the hammocks. Listen to the sounds of native birds, the trickling water in the koi ponds and the gentle breezes in the Palm trees. Visit the temple of Mother Nature where you feel peace and inspiration. Just minutes away from Kealakekua Bay,(Captain Cook Monument)a marine life under water park and sanctuary, where you can swim with the dolphins and sea turtles.
The ancient "Place of Refuge" at Honaunau Bay is another great snorkeling spot and Dolphin habitat. Rainbow Plantation is very close to the hiking trail which leads to Captain Cook Monument.Snorkeling gear rentals are available on our premises. This secret, historical Hawaiian land site has been farmed since the 13th Century. It is located in the heart of the Kona Coffee country and conveniently located near shopping, dining and theaters and just 84 miles from Volcano National Park. All our units are comfortable with private baths and separate entrances, TVs and refrigerators.. Some have ocean view. Rates are from $89.00 to $109.00 double or single. Our open air Jungle Kitchen and large lava Barbecue is available to all our guests.We also offer DSL Internet with your own lap top. Enjoy all the mac nuts that you can eat. Cancellation policy:
Reservations are secured with a 30 % deposit or 2 nights ( whichever is higher) (made by M/C, Visa, money order or personal check.
If reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, this deposit will be refunded (minus $ 50.- service charges for each reserved unit.
If more than one room is reserved and you need to cancel the entire reservation, it must be canceled no later than 45 days before arrival or you will loose your entire deposit.
If canceled less than 30 days ( or 45 days for more than one unit) prior to the arrival date, deposits will only be refunded if unit can be re-rented for the length of this reservation. Guests who simply do not show up without notification will be liable for their reservation. Should for any reason you decide to leave early, we will try to re rent this unit. If this is not possible you will be charged for the entire stay.
