Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie

- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup soy milk (we like the nonfat)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup ice
- Whipped cream and cinnamon (optional)
Steps:
- Blend everything together but ice and whipped cream until smooth. Add ice and continue blending until thick and creamy.
Top with whipped cream and a dash on cinnamon, if desired.
