Cornelius Houtelin's Easy Fondue

Serves: 10Ingredients:
- 2 lb Good cheddar cheese
- 2 lb Velveeta
- 2 cups White wine, champagne, or sherry
Steps:
- Grate cheddar cheese and cut Velveeta into 1/2 inch blocks
- Put cheese into melting pot with wine. Use different wines for a different taste.
- Gently melt cheeses and stir together.
- Serve with bite-sized chunks of light and dark breads.
