Cornelius Houtelin's Easy Fondue: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Good cheddar cheese

  • 2 lb Velveeta

  • 2 cups White wine, champagne, or sherry

Step 1:

Grate cheddar cheese and cut Velveeta into 1/2 inch blocks

Step 2:

Put cheese into melting pot with wine. Use different wines for a different taste.

Step 3:

Gently melt cheeses and stir together.

Step 4:

Serve with bite-sized chunks of light and dark breads.
