  There is no other penalty if you give us at least one week's notice for cancellation. If you give us less than one week's notice, you are responsible for the room unless we can rent it out.

  From Route 15, take Steinwehr Ave exit. Drive north 2.9 miles. Our sign is on the right. Turn into the gravel lane and drive back 1/4 mile to the historic inn. From Route 30, turn onto Baltimore Street from the Gettysburg Traffic Circle in the center of town. This will be a right turn if you are coming from the west and a left turn if you are coming from the east. Go to the third traffic light and take the right fork, called Steinwehr Ave. Drive south for 4 miles. Turn left into the gravel drive at the sign and drive back 1/4 mile to the inn.
• Nearest major airport: MDT 40 miles
• Directions from airport:
  Actually, most guests arrive at one of the Baltimore or DC airports. From Harrisburg, take 83 to Route 76 (The Pennsylvania Turnpike) and go a short distance to the Gettysburg exit in Harrisburg. This will be Route 15. Drive south 35 minutes and exit at Steinwehr Ave. From Baltimore, get onto the beltway and take 795 towards Westminster. This will become 140. You can either stay on 140 to Emmitsburg and go north a couple of miles on Route 15 to Steinwehr Ave, or you can take 97 out of Westmister to Gettysburg. You will come to a light and make a sharp left onto Steinwehr. Drive south 4 miles. From DC, take 270 north to Frederick. This will automatically turn into Route 15 to Gettysburg. Get off at Steinwehr Ave.
