Featuring twelve-foot ceilings, formal dining and living areas, wrap-around antebellum style porch (complete with rattan swings), a private back yard and French patterned garden veranda(under construction), the native limesone, turn-of-the-century, 5000 square foot home will take you back to a time when things were much simpler. You will forget the hustle and bustle when you step through our antique wrought iron gate and walk through the beautiful baroque fountain garden shaded by a massive red oak and pecan trees, up the limestone front steps, and past the twin giant great dane statues that guard the front door of Strickland Arms.

• Directions to property:
  If, when arriving in Austin, you are traveling North on I-35, take the Airport Blvd. exit on to the access road. Take a left on Airport Blvd., drive under I-35, and take your first left on 45th St. On 45th, go past the first light on Red River, then pass Caswell St. Take a right on the next street, Eilers, and proceed to 47th St. Take a left on 47th and you cannot miss Strickland Arms on your right. Note: If you are traveling South on I-35, the directions are the same, except you take a right on Airport Blvd. off the access highway.
