Corned Beef Breakfast Casserole

- 2 cans Corned Beef Hash
- 6 Eggs
- 8 oz Shredded Colby or Cheddar Cheese
- Sprinkle Tabasco Sauce
Steps:
- Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray and spread can contents of Corned Beef Hash in casserole dish.
- In corned beef hash, make 6 indentations. Place one egg with yolk in each indentation.
- Sprinkle Tabasco Sauce over contents.
Spread 8-12 oz. bag of shredded colby or cheddar cheese over mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. With fork, lift cheese to check egg yolks for doneness.
