General Information

A friendly family run Bed & Breakfast. We have recently undergone a refurbishment & we have been upgraded to English Tourist Council 4 Star. All of our rooms are En-suite, 2 of which are Superior. Free Wi-Fi. Full English, Vegetarian or Coeliac breakfast included. Quiet location, close to York City Centre. Freeview Digi channels in each room. No restriction free street car parking.   • Cancellations:
    Deposit required is the first nights tariff which can be be made by cheque or cash. Alternately an authorization against a credit/debit card can be made to cover the first nights tariff. Monies are not taken off the card at the time of booking (authorized only), they are only taken off the card if cancellations are made, which are not within the terms of our cancellation policy. 14 days notice of cancellation required for a return or non taking of deposit from the credit/debit card. If a 2 night or more booking is made on a weekend & either 0 or 1 night is taken by the guest they will be liable to pay for 2 nights if re-letting of their room/s is not made. If a 3 night booking is made on a bank holiday weekend & only 1 or 2 night/s is taken by the guest they will be liable to pay for the night/s not taken if re-letting of their room is not made. There is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit/debit card
