General Information

Our 84th Anniversary & Boothbay Harbor's longest continuously operated Inn is completely renovated & offers over 2500ft. of covered porches. This Seaside Inn is located in beautiful downtown Boothbay Harbor with wonderful shops, restaurants, and boating excursions a short stroll away.

All of our 12 Accommodations include plush Laura Ashley bedding, private bathroom, air conditioning, gourmet full breakfast, cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, hair dryers, and private entrance from our covered porches. Some rooms include romantic fireplaces or whirlpool tub.

All guests have use of our panoramic waterfront lawn with 7 person Harborfront Hot Tub. Our family-run business has welcomed guests who return year after year. We look forward to meeting you!

  All suites have their private bathrooms. These are entirely renovated, brand-new suites! Two have panoramic views of the ocean. The updated Harbor Escape Suite has a newly-installed 2 -person whirlpool tub.

• Minimum stay required (We require a two night minimum on high season weekends & holidays)

• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Limitations on children staying (We welcome children over the age of 6yrs on our first floor)
• No childcare is provided
• Deposit amount required (50% of the Total Reservation)
• Check in time is 3pm to 7pm and Check out time is 11am
• Cancellations:
  Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival date result in $20 processing fee. Cancellations made withing 14 days of arrival result in loss of deposit.
