General Information

Mystic's celebrated Greek Revival Mansion and national landmark house set on 3 park-like acres; featuring a full size swimming pool surrounded by lush perennial gardens and fountains, clay tennis court, and including our 'famous' full New England country-gourmet candlelight breakfast. All of our suites have full private bath, working wood-burning fireplaces, central air-conditioning, expanded cable television, am/fm CD players, and beautiful antique 19th century furnishings...four of our suites with oversize jacuzzi hot tubs and HD flat panel televisions...two with private garden porches. Country setting...close to downtown historic district, world class dining, river boating activities, ocean and beaches, art galleries, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos, vineyards. Massage and spa services can be arranged. Available for weddings, commitment ceremonies, and special events.

  • Minimum stay required (2 nights required for most Saturdays and holiday weekends)
  • Smoking is allowed outside only (Smoking is only allowed outside on property grounds)
  • Limited accommodations for guest pets
  • Children are welcome (cribs, changing tables, etc are not provided)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (bottled water, soft drinks, afternoon Sherry)
  • Deposit amount required (a one night deposit per room reserved or 50% deposit for stays of three nights or more)
  • Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is noon
  • Cancellations:
    Reservations canceled greater than 15 days in advance of check-in (21 days for holiday periods)will have booking deposits returned less a $25.00 processing fee. Reservations canceled 15 days or less (21 days for holiday periods) prior to check-in...will have the deposit charge maintained for each room booked unless the room can be fully re-booked for the entire length of stay; no refunds on shortened stays. No-shows are charged for the full amount of booking.
