The Market Street Inn is a lovely Bed and Breakfast Inn and a great assett to Taylorville, the town where I grew up. The Christmas decorations at the inn were very lovely, and appropriate to the time period of the house. The innkeepers were very accomodating and helpful.

stayed in Chimney Room--beautiful with great attention to detail, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was disappointing for a place of this caliber--simply eggs cooked to order, limp undercooked bacon and toasted bread or English muffin. Found this place in the Select Registry book, and the quality and creativity of breakfast was vastly different than the other places we have stayed.

Market Street Inn is a first class B&B with first class innkeepers. Myrna and Joe are most welcoming, friendly and extremely conscientious. Their home is beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. One could ask for no more in a B&B. We had a perfect experience. Nick and Kathy Cincinnati, Ohio
