General Information

The Inn at 1816 Postoffice served as a private residence before 1995 when it was purchased by four ladies who are committed to their guest's enjoyment. The home has been lovingly restored and furnished with antiques and fine furniture to offer a blend of Victorian and traditional elegance. We offer four guest accommodations, all with private bath and one with a Jacuzzi. Enjoy a full gourmet breakfast in the morning before heading out to explore Galveston. We invite you to enjoy our home, stroll in our beautiful gardens or relax in a gulf breeze on one of our terrace porches. Allow us to make your special vacation retreat a memorable experience.
