Sausage Potato Cakes
Total preparation time: 20 minutes
Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb Hash Browns
- 8.5 oz. pkg corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 6 fl oz milk
- 1/3 lb pork sausage browned
- 1/8 cup onions
Steps:
- Mix all ingredents
- Pre heat pan to 375
- Scoop 1 cup and flaten to 1/8 inch, fry until brown on both sides
- Top with poached or fried egg and stream of white milk gravy.
- Serve garnished with chopped chives
