From the moment you enter this haven you know this place is special. The sounds from the waterfall greet you upon arrival. Your walk up to the house will put you in the world of Cumberland Falls. Filled with flowers of all kinds and evergreens abound. Your journey up to the house leads you past ponds filled with koi and lilies. As you cross the stream, feel the mist of Cumberland Falls enter your soul. The simple character of the house is from the turn of the century. As you round the corner up to the covered porch the fountains leads you to the front door. As you walk up to our covered porch, pause for a moment by the fountain...relax. Listen to the water, sense the quiet serenity, and enjoy the lush landscaping of the front lawn. Our home is casual and elegant. Feel the richness of the original curly maple woodwork which adorns the foyer. It is reminiscent of the craftsmanship of yesteryear. The living room has bay windows and 10 foot ceilings.

    A refund of this deposit minus a $35 re-booking fee will be made if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your reservation date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before your reservation date, then you will be charged the 50% deposit (unless we are successful in re-booking the room) plus a $35.00 re-booking fee. If the cancellation occurs 48 hours or less before your booked reservation you are responsible for all costs of the room.
