Pecan Sour Cream Coffe Cake

Serves: 10Ingredients:
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Flour
Steps:
- Cream sugar& butter.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add vanilla & beat well.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
- Spread half of mixture in a well greased baking dish (9x12).
Top with half filling: 1/3C brown sugar, 1/4C white sugar, 1tsp cinnamon, 1C chopped pecans - Mix well.
Spread remainder of batter on top then the remainder of filling.
Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes.
