Town Creek Pecan Waffles

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 2 extra large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Steps:
- In a medium size bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla.
- In a seperate bowl combine the remaining ingredients
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients
- Prepare waffle iron by spraying with vegetable oil. Preheat the iron.
Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto waffle iron.
Cook according to your waffle iron instructions.
