Great care was taken in the restoration to preserve its well-deserved place in local history.     A ten-day cancellation notice is required for a refund of the balance due. No refunds will be given for deposits unless the room can be rented. There will be a $20 service fee charged to the account for canceled reservations. Forfeited deposits may be applied to a future stay. Upon arriving, you are responsible for the balance of your confirmed stay.
