French Onion Soup

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- Onions, Butter, Water,Beef Bouillon Cubes,Croutons,Parmesan, Gruyere Cheese
Steps:
- Slice 6 - large Onions. Brown in 1/2 c. of Butter or Margarine. Add 6 - Beef Bouillon Cubes. Fill 4 - Quart pand 3/4 full of water. Bring all of these ingredients to a boil, then simmer at least 1/2 hour. Place Croutons or Dried Bread on top of soup and cover with 1- cup grated Parmesan Cheese and Gruyere Cheese. Serve immediately. Smells wonderful while cooking!
