  • Cancellations:
    Refunds will be make if cancellations are received 10 days or more prior to reservations, $35.00 handling fee, per room . Cancellations less than 10 days will result in loss of deposit.Balance due 48 hrs prior to arrival. No refunds after this time. Customers are responsible for reservations whether they change their plans at the last minutes or not. We do not refund or credit for early departures. Sorry no exceptions. No Check-ins after 9:00 p.m. Office is closed, No Refunds or Credit for 1st night stay
