Enjoy our rustic oasis in the Hill Country. Stay in one of our beautifully decorated, cedar and rock cottages nestled on a hill overlooking our pond. Walk the trails, relax by one of our pools, or visit our barnyard animals at Pecan Springs Farm. Fish in our stocked pond, hit the river in a canoe. Relax. Enjoy life's simple pleasures. Roddy Tree Ranch is located between Ingram and Hunt on Highway 39. A tranquil property with 800 feet of Guadalupe River frontage, it is convenient to Ingram Lake and dam, Old Ingram Loop antique stores and galleries, downtown Kerrville shops, the Point Theatre and all area summer camps. Roddy Tree Ranch is only 1 hour from San Antonio and Lost Maples, and just 30 minutes from Comfort and Fredricksburg.

Policies

• Minimum stay required (2 (two) night minimum, more for holidays)
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Outside only!)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Children are welcome (We're a family place!!)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (If orderly conduct is maintained.)
• Deposit amount required (A deposit of one half the amount of the reservation is required by check or credit card for confirmation.)
• Check in time is 3:00 / 6:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
• Cancellations:
  Refunds (less a 10% cancellation fee) made if notified 30 days prior to reservation,sixty days for groups. Refunds will be made on shorter notice if cottage(s) can be re-rented. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
