General Information

The unpretentious Spring Lake Inn combines history with modern amenities. The Inn was built circa 1888 and moved twice before settling at its present location. Sixteen large and airy guestrooms have private baths and air conditioning. There are canopy, four poster beds and sleigh beds, fireplaces, digital cable TV, refrigerators,jacuzzis and sitting areas. A full gourmet breakfast is served to your individual table in our spacious dining room with its impressive 12 foot ceiling. Relax in our warm, informal atmosphere just l block to the ocean and boardwalk, six blocks from the Town Center. We provide on site parking and fond memories.

  We have a big, beautiful L-shaped Innkeepers suite on our 1st floor which has a giant Pioneer plasma HDTV, 12' ceilings with stained glass fans, soaking tub and double shower, private entrance onto the porch, 16' L shaped leather couch. He-Man oversized leather recliner, etc. Acommodates up to 8 people.

• Cancellations:
  Unlike a hotel, your reservation is for a specific room and for a specific time. When you make a reservation, we book the room in your name. It is then unavailable to anyone else. Since cancellations have such a great effect on our small business, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy as follows: We require a 50 % deposit at the time of your reservation with the balance due 1 week prior to arrival. We will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation charge per room if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days, this refund policy applies only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation. If you cancel or change your reservation within 10 days of your arrival date, you will not receive a refund and the entire amount of the reservation will be charged to your account. We can issue no refunds or make any changes on one-night bookings and gift certificates. If you are unable to cancel early, we encourage you to send a worthy substitute to honor your reservation. Unlike Mother Nature, we are not responsible for weather or any unfortunate event beyond our control
