General Information

If you've never stayed at a Salt Lake City Bed and Breakfast, this experience is a must. The entire Salt Lake City Bed and Breakfast is filled with exquisitely carved wood, intricate stenciling and furnished with antiques and floral at every turn. A stay at the "Mansion" is a step back in time with the modern amenities of jetted tubs and wireless Internet.
The highlight for many a guest is the wonderful Gourmet Buffet Breakfast every morning. With its hot quiche, fruit bowl, home made Granola and Peach Cobbler no one goes away hungry. The aroma of croissants and sweet-rolls fills the air and remembrances of a time gone by fill the soul.
Located in the Heart of Salt Lake City the "Mansion" is within walking distance of "Temple Square", "The Family History Center", four Shopping Malls and all of the down town restaurant district.

  Armstrong Mansion Peach Cobbler
  2 cans of 15 oz. Peaches with light syrup
  1 cube of butter
  1 yellow cake mix
  Spray surface of 9 x 13 baking pan and empty peaches into
  bottom of pan. Pour out cake mix to cover peaches.
  Melt butter and drizzle on top of cake mix.
  Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.
