These candy colored cottages offer all the modern comforts of home. One bedroom suites or studios, fully equipped kitchens, private decks or patios, fine art and quality furnishings, some with barbecues and firestove. Pool, picnic grounds, private beach, and dock are conveniently on site.

Dog Policy: Small non-shedding dogs are welcome (in suitable cottages). $25 for 1 and $40 for 2.

• Cancellations:
  If you give us seven days notice of cancellation or thirty for holidays and special events, we will refund your advanced payment less $10.00 per day administation fee. If you cancel with less than seven days notice you will be charged for those nights if we can not re-rent. If cottage(s) can be re-rented we will refund your card less $10.00 per day administration fee. PETS: Must pre-register for dogs.

  Yvonne enjoys cooking, gardening and shopping. Buddy enjoys fishing and motorcycle riding. They have an adorable very sweet Yorkie; Violet. Together they enjoy riding on their boat with friends, family and guests. Buddy and Yvonne's son Travis lives nearby with his wife and children. Younger son Nicholas is a chef who trained internationally. Yvonne also owns and operates a retail store in Upper Lake called Gingerbread Barn. Guests will receive %10 off their purchases while visiting.
