    There is no fee for rooms canceled 10 days prior to arrival. Rooms canceled less than 10 days before arrival will be charged for one night. If we can re-rent the room, the refund is subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 3 days (72 hr.) before arrival will be charged for the entire reservation. No shows are billed for the entire reservation.
