Rolled Omelette
Total preparation time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- pinch White pepper
- 1 cup Chopped ham or cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups Grated cheese - cheddar or swiss
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Line jelly roll pan with foil. Generously grease foil with butter or cooking spray.
- Whisk flour, milk, melted butter, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth and well blended. Pour carefully into prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with meat.
- Bake until eggs are set, 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with cheese.
- Beginning at narrow end of pan, roll up using foil and spatula to lift. Cut into slices to serve.
