This applies to all available rooms for up to two nights at our posted midweek and weekend rates, excluding holidays. Already discounted, Sunday through Thursday corporate and senior rates are not included in this offer. Deposit required and is non-refundable. Based on availability the following extras can be included at our discounted cost: spa basket, massage, chocolates or other boxed candies, special beverages, flowers, fruit assortment, hor's d'oeuvres basket,restaurant gift certificate or a picnic lunch or dinner. Romance Packages

To ensure your relationship lasting, spend the Valentine's weekend (or any other weekend) in the c. 1714 Pennsbury Inn B&B. After all it has endured for almost three centuries. Renew your love by toasting with your pair of etched Pennsbury Inn wine glasses and your champagne or sparkling juice (both included) in front of our walk-in fireplace or while wandering through our four acres of gardens, (both seasonal). Perhaps you'd rather cuddle with your champagne and each other in your private queen or king bed instead and gaze at the beauty of your floral arrangement (included, of course).
Before you go off to a romantic candlelight dinner at Pace One, State Street Grill or Simon Pearce, munch on a variety of hors d'oeuvres in the privacy of your room (all included) and return from dinner to a special dessert to top off the evening.
2 night minimum some weekends & holidays.

Yes, Girlfriends Getaway-Remember those pajama parties where we giggled all night, did each other's hair, tried out crazy colors of nail polish, told ghost stories and watched horror movies, then snuck downstairs to raid the refrigerator?? Well it's back!!! Grab those girlfriends (the ones you see all of the time and those whom you haven't seen for years and come to the Pennsbury Inn's "All Grown Up-PJ Party". Book two adjoining rooms, just one room for the two or three of you, or all "7" rooms and take over the inn. There are two weeks' worth of daytime activities in the Brandywine Valley & fabulous restaurants, but the real fun is the blast you'll have at the inn. Choose from massages-$80. per person, hair stylist, manicurist and/or makeup artist (yes they come here!) priced by the service, or do it all yourself with our manicure equipment (foot bath, foot massage, paraffin or warming treatment gloves and more), do massages on each other, facial spa, bath treatments ???, oh what fun. And spend hours reminiscing, chatting, catching up and yes, giggling!!! Don't want to eat out, prepare your dinner here, or we'll book a private room in your choice of restaurants. Remember how you loved to go horseback riding together or hiking or ices skating or maybe as you matured you've gotten into golf or tennis, well it's all in the Brandywine Valley. Indulge yourself at one of our area Salon and Spas. Nicholas Anthony's, Salon Secrets or Castaldi's Salon and Spa. Each offers a number of interesting packages, to give you the pampering you deserve. Choose from a manicure or pedicure, an invigorating facial or massage, or a Mini Day of Beauty. Or be wildly indulgent and do multi packages. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like a spa package so we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Prices vary depending on the salon and the package of course and are subject to availability. Or, for the ultimate in decadence, have Marti give you your choice of massage types in the privacy of your room, or in the gardens. One hour of total relaxation. Couples massage also available.

Winterthur Suite-step down into your sunken bedroom with a huge palladian window, flanked by casement windows, overlooking the expansive, beautifully landscaped grounds. The Nina Campbell toile wallpaper extends up to the slanted, beamed ceiling. Sink into the featherbed on your queen bed or relax on your overstuffed sofa or antique rocker. Your full bath, includes a deep soaking tub with spa attachment. Many extra little luxuries increase your enjoyment.Facing both the side gardens and the back is the Four Seasons Room-with a step-up, antique four poster "king" bed, two overstuffed chairs, walk in closet with refrigerator and microwave, a modern shower bath and Pierre Deux French toile wallpaper depicting all of the seasons that somehow immediately relaxes you when you enter the room. Gaze out your oversized windows, to our "mini" Longwood Gardens complete with fountains.
The huge Garden Room/Breakfast Area overlooks the patio, four acres of landscaped gardens and four acres of wooded trails. You'll enjoy your sumptuous candlelight breakfast here each morning, in front of a roaring fire in the walk-in fireplace during our brisk Fall and Winter days. During the Spring and Summer you'll be able to gaze out at the multitude of flowers and the many varieties of birds that come to our birdfeeders. Come back to relax here later in the day.The antique brass queen-sized bed in the Daniel Webster room will immediately catch your eye as will the very realistic flame in the electric firestove insert in the original 1759 mantled fireplace. The shower in the modern bath is large enough to have a party! Multiple antiques will add to your comfort and the room's charm. Don't forget to ask about the intriquing history involving Daniel Webster!
An optional daybed usage along with the 4 poster king bed, allows three to enjoy the General Lafayette room. Adding the optional first floor parlor, turns it into the Up & Down suite. Antiques abound to make this a most charming abode. Sleep to the sound of the garden fountains in the fish pond and reflecting pool outside your windows.The queen-sized antique-spool bed in the John Marshall room, matches the dresser. The original 1749 stuccoed fireplace, now contains a cozy electronic firestove. A full-sized elaborate antique desk allows you to keep up with your travel diary. The adjacent private full bath, overlooks the reflecting pool in the gardens.
