Bear Mountain Inn is a spectacular, four season lakefront resort, located on 25 acres in Waterford Maine. The property is surrounded by Bear Mountain, Bear River and Bear Pond; we are a haven to nature and wildlife. Our charming, well appointed Country Inn features 11 rooms and a gourmet breakfast every morning. Each of our guest rooms and luxury suites are individually decorated with touches of Maine. Some have in room Jacuzzi's and a fireplace. Our Sugar Bear cottage is perfect for romantic getaways. The Inn features two fieldstone fireplaces.   • Guest pets are welcome (Pets are allowed in the Sugar Bear Cottage only)
  • Children are welcome (Children Must Be Supervised with Parents at all times)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (BYOB)
  • Deposit amount required (One night's room rate required for deposit.)
  • Check in time is 3:00-8:00 PM and Check out time is 10 A.M.
  • Cancellations:
    Room must be cancelled 30 days prior to stay to receive a refund less $25 Cancellation Fee. Reservations made with the on-line booking engine will be charged 10% of the full cost of the reservation because Bear Mountain Inn must pay a booking engine fee. Cancellation with less then 30 days notice will receive a refund only if room vacancy is filled. Cancellation with a 72-hour notice or less will be charged for the entire length of the reservation unless the vacancy can be filled. Early departures and late arrivals will be charged for the full length of the reservation.
