Overlooking Sacramento's Southside Park, the Inn at Parkside is an urban oasis of relaxation and renewal. Ideally located for business and pleasure, this chic and elegant mansion and its new and contemporary adjacent property, Parkside House, are a short drive or walk from the California State Capitol and vibrant downtown Sacramento. All rooms include flat screen televisions, DVD players, i-pod docking stations, cable TV and Wi-Fi. The extravagant rooms of the Parkside house also have private fireplaces, deep jacuzzi tubs with marble surrounds, marble showers with glass enclosures, and a few with private balconies. Built in 1936, the distinctive rooms in the historical mansion are filled with the charm and history of times gone by, with a touch of Asian inspiration to reflect back to the original owners of the Historic Fong Mansion. The outdoor courtyard area is a great place to escape, read a book, or take a soak in the large covered jacuzzi.
