General InformationA romantic Bed and Breakfast Inn providing personal service in elegant surroundings, The Inn at Cape Cod was built in 1830 by Joshua Sears as a wedding present for his wife Phoebe. The Inn has been the Recipient of the SILVER AWARD for BEST INN in Cape Cod Life's readers poll three years running. This Nationally Registered Historic landmark with its signature white columns, features 9 guest rooms or suites, all with private bath, A/C, cable TV, and secure WiFi internet access. Four of the guest rooms, plus the living and dining rooms have beautiful working fireplaces. Relax in The Inn's luxurious living room, or walk the Old Yarmouth Nature Trails which abut the property. The Inn is located in the village, and is only steps to fine restaurants, shops, and a fresh water beach.

Policies- Minimum stay required (2 - 3 nights at peak season weekends & holiday weekends)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Children of less than 16 at Inn-keepers discretion)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (Full payment for reservations of 3 days or less; 50% of the total charge on booking for 4 days or more, with balance payable 14 days before arrival date.)
- Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
Refunds are given on cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival, less a $50.00 processing fee. No refund will be made for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, unless the accommodation can be re-let, and the refund will be subject to a $50 fee. - Accepted by the following agencies:

Turn Right and go .5 mile to the yellow blinking light and here turn right into Summer Street. Take the first left into our driveway. - Nearest major airport: HYA 4 miles

Take route 28 east, left on Yarmouth Road (1st set of lights). Follow several miles to the end(the road changes into Willow St in Yarmouthport)and take right, .5 miles and turn right at blinking light. 1st left is our driveway.
