Artichoke Dip

Serves: 15Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Minced Green Onions
- 1 cup Minced Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Minced Red or White Onion
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon Minced Pimento
- 1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
- 1 cup Diced Artichoke
- 2 cup American White Cheese (Queso Fresco
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
Steps:
- Melt butter on medium heat. Add all seasonings and saute until done (5 minutes).
- Add Artichokes, cheese and cream, simmer on low until well blended, nice, smooth and bubbly! Add salt/pepper and Cayenne to taste.
