Romance in the air or just need a well deserved getaway? Relax, refresh and unwind by the bay or lake. We will pamper you at the B&B, let you sleep in and serve breakfast to your room, if you like. Or, a private guest house might be the ticket, with water views and deck to sun bathe in the nude.

• Check in time is 3 - 5:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellations:
  Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. after which an explicit time of arrival should be agreed upon. Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $25 service fee. Cancellations received within 14 days prior to arrival date will be refunded if the room(s) can be rebooked. In the event a guest cancels a portion of the stay after checking in, no refund will be given unless the cancellation is made 14 days prior to the day(s) that the guest wants to cancel. There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.

Enter the gravel driveway and park under the car port. The ARK & HELM guest houses are 1.5 miles east of the B&B, at 109 Ellis Ave., Seabrook, between Pappadeaux's Cajun Kitchen and Outriggers restaurants.   Hobby Airport, exit right (east) to I-45. Turn right (south) and enter I-45. Exit 25 for NASA Parkway (east). Follow the Webster/Seabrook signs. We're 6.4 miles from this intersection. Once you see the Hilton Hotel, go exactly 2 more miles, and you'll see our blue and white Beacon Hill Resort sign on the right. Turn in to the 2nd driveway, pull up to the car port, and you will see the B&B in front of you.
