Just got back from stay in log cabin and had a great time. I actually got our reservation dates wrong and thought they were a week later then they really were. The owner was very understanding and accommodated us when I called panicked, realizing what I had done The breakfast every Morning was great with wonderful service and good old fashion visiting. Our cabin was clean with anything we could need. it rained our whole visit but we still had great time sitting on porch swing enjoying the view and the patter of rain on the tin roof. There's a darling wedding chapel right there and I found myself trying to think of who could get married there. Very picturesque.

We have just returned from our week-long stay (and wedding!) at Nolichuckey Bluffs. We loved it! My family stayed in the Log Cabin. It was extremely rustic and charming! I am in love with the refrigerator there. We only had 2 complaints w/ the cabin. The fireplace couldn't be used because the smoke poured into the house after about an hour. :( Although, Mr. Sadler is going to be putting a gas fireplace in soon! The other was that the bathroom had an odor (from the sewage I think?). The cabin needed a little updating, but that's it! The breakfasts were great (also, make sure you try some of Mrs. Sadler's Dakota bread and cinnamon rolls they are AMAZING), the service was great, and my wedding was beautiful. I could not have asked for a more beautiful place. The glass chapel is perfect. The reception was also amazing! The food, cooked by Mrs. Debra, was fantastic. The decor was beautiful. Everything went without a hitch. Would definitely recommend! I would recommend one of the smaller cabins though. Some have jacuzzis!

    Innkeeper Response
Guests before and after have had no trouble with a fire in the fireplace. May change to gas fireplace but no final decision. There was a very small problem with the sewer system which has been corrected.

We always enjoy our stay at Nolichuckey Bluffs and this year was no exception. There are always fresh baked goodies on the table when you first get there. The cabins are clean and in a great location. Pat and Brooke are great hosts.

Such a nice place. Our hosts Brooke and Pat were terrific and made us feel like part of their family. The service was very good too and they also made us feel welcome.
