Oven Omelet

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1/4 stick butter
- 9 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place butter in a medium-sized baking dish. Melt the butter in the oven, turning the dish to coat its entire bottom.
- Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended.
- Pour into buttered dish and bake for about 45 minutes, or until eggs are set.
- Serve hot. The omelet can be topped with meat, cheese, vegetables, or fruit.
