Perfect Quiche


Serves:  6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded natural swiss cheese
  • 12 slices bacon - crisply fried & crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup onion - chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups milk

Steps:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9" or 10" pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown & knife inserted in center comes out clean (50-55 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
