    • Cancellations: Burlington's Willis Graves Bed and Breakfast is a small owner-operated property and every reservation is both special and important to us. We do understand that situations will arise, but we have a 7-day cancellation policy. If you need to cancel for ANY reason 7 days or closer to the night or nights reserved and we cannot re-book the room, you will be charged for the night or nights reserved. To cancel, you must talk to someone on the phone and receive a cancellation number, you can reach us at 859-689-5096. Then, please follow up in writing with an email. This procedure helps everyone involved and it ensures that your cancellation is valid. If we are able to re-book the room, you will be refunded the entire amount unless the new booking does not cover the length of your original reservation (in which case you are only responsible for the night or nights that were not re-booked) or if the new booking was made on the same day of arrival (in which case you are only responsible for a 20% re-booking fee since same day reservations receive a 20% discount). Group bookings including a full house rental are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy. Due to the historical nature of our buildings, we do not allow anything that burns, to include candles, smoking, etc. A wireless network is in place on the property for WIFI Internet service. However, we cannot be held responsible for unexpected interruption in wireless service or guests' inability to connect. Check in is any time after 3:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am.

    We offer two types of breakfast fare to meet guest needs: either a quick continental breakfast for those in a hurry or a full gourmet breakfast served at individual tables with fine linen tablecloths and china. For those in our dining room, we try to appeal to all the senses with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sound of soft music playing in the background. Our rotating menus include breakfast dishes that reflect our effort to present your meal with an artistic, attractive flair and include a first course of fresh fruit and homemade granola. We have a wide and varied menu and do our best to accommodate your dietary requests. Full breakfast is included with each night's stay.

    This was our second stay at Willis Graves. We stayed in the Willis Graves Suite and were more than pleased. The fire place was perfect on rainy night... and we enjoyed the bathroom as well... Nancy and Margaret have exceptional service and the food is to die for. They allowed to mix and match the breakfast menu to our liking. They recommended a local dinner restaurant which was phenomenal as well. We plan to return very soon for another night!

    This has become our favorite getaway! It's not far from where we live, Bob and Nancy make you feel like old friends and go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The cookies waiting on your pillow are a nice touch.

    Thank you Nancy!! We were blown away by the hospitality at Willis Graves B and B. The rooms are beautiful & full of amenities with the utmost care given to every single detail. Everything was perfect from the homemade chocolate chip cookies when we arrived to the last drop of coffee as we headed out the door. We didn't want to leave & can't wait to stay again!
