Dutch Apple Pancake

Serves: 2Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup flour
Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in 2-3 quart iron skillet.
- Whirl eggs in blender for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, then flour.
- Whirl for 30 seconds more, then pour batter into skillet.
- Bake at 425 degrees until pancake is puffy and well-browned (20-25 Minutes).
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with sliced apples glazed in butter and brown sugar.
