Tomato-Onion Quiche

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1 partially- or un-baked pie shell
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar & mozzarella)
- 3 fresh tomatoes/thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion/thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- cracked pepper/to taste
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
Steps:
- Sprinkle bottom of pie shell with cheeses.
- Layer tomatoes and onions over cheeses.
- Sprinkle basil, garlic salt & pepper on top.
- Beat eggs and milk together & pour over all.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
