General Information

One of New Orleans architectural treasures, Fairchild House was established in 1991 in the 1841 Greek Revival home and two adjacent guesthouses. Situated among the picturesque oaks of the Lower Garden District, the bed and breakfast is located seventeen blocks from the French Quarter and twelve blocks from the Convention Center. The nine rooms of Fairchild House, each with private bath/shower, are decorated in an elegant antique setting, evoking the Victorian period.

Please inform us of an estimated arrival time. Guests needing to check in after 10 pm need to call us at least 4 days prior to the arrival date. These policies are not valid during special events.
