Spaghetti Amatriciana

Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 0,500 kg spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 300 g beacon
- 750-800 g tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt or aromat
- 8 tablespoons parmiggiano
Steps:
- boil water (2,5 liters) and add spaghetti
cook until they are cooked (a little bit earlier)
- put olive oil in a pan and cook , add beacon (little cubes)and cook untile they became brown, add tomato sauce and cook for at least 25-30 minutes
- add cooked pasta to the pan and cook again for 1-2 minutes
- serves and add parmiggiano
