Porch Room
Originally the front porch, this room was converted years ago into a ground-level room (no steps to enter) and has a private entrance. There are splashes of orange, green, yellow and pink, baskets and pots of flowers, bunnies and butterflies, bringing back memories of sleeping on Grandma's porch. Queen bed, private tub/shower bath, TV-VCR, small sitting porch.

Carolyn's Room
Carolyn's Room is in a facility we call The Lyon House and is named for a wonderful friend of ours whose grandfather built the house. This granddaughter's pictures and furniture are all incorporated into this $100 room, which has a queen bed, private tub/shower bath, TV-VCR plus optional use of a day bed and a rollaway bed, which are available for the Extra Person charge of $25 each. This is in the family-friendly section of the house adjacent to a room that will sleep up to an additional 5, for up to $75 if all three beds are used.

Presidents Room

Optional use of a twin bed in the room as well as a rollaway is available for the Extra Person charge of $25 each per night.

Library Suite
The Library Suite is a first floor room in The Lighthouse with fireplaces in both the bedroom and the bathroom (which is about the same size as the bedroom and has a clawfoot tub in the center). This room features a very old, museum-quality bed that came from a pioneer family of nearby Waco. There is central heat and air, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, TV-VCR.
