Rates include our full gourmet breakfast delivered to the cottage each morning.

  • Cancellations:
    Deposits are refundable less a $25 processing fee. If reservations are cancelled 8 days or more in advance, your deposit will be returned, if cancelled 7 days or less you are obligated for the full charge of your reservation unless we are able to re-rent the room. Multiple room reservations and holiday period reservations require a 15 or 30 day notification. Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly; so we strictly adhere to all cancellation policies.
