General Information

Southwestern/Hacienda style stucco with rustic but comfortable interiors. Furnished with various antiques brought from Spain and elsewhere around the world. Three of the four rooms/suites surround a grass courtyard with in-ground fenced pool. All accommodations have private entrances. Desert location, 2 miles west of Phoenix International Raceway. 3 miles due south of Goodyear/Avondale, AZ

Policies

  • Minimum stay required (2 night minimum on race weekends and most special events)
  • Smoking is allowed outside only (Ashtrays provided on patios)
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets (We are sensitive to guests who may have allergies)
  • Limitations on children staying (We do not have cribs Infants should not sleep in guest beds)
  • No childcare is provided (Monitor your children, especially near the fenced pool area.)
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (You are welcome to bring your own)
  • Deposit amount required (One night for each room booked.)
  • Closed: We do not close for holidays.
  • Check in time is 2 - 9:30 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
  • Cancellations:
    Forty-eight hours advance notice of cancellation is required for a full refund, less $25.00 handling fee. Less than forty-eight hours: no refund unless we can re-book the room(s).Since we are a small facility, last minute cancellations impact us greatly. If you find someone to take your reservation, we will refund the full amount.
