Southwestern/Hacienda style stucco with rustic but comfortable interiors. Furnished with various antiques brought from Spain and elsewhere around the world. Three of the four rooms/suites surround a grass courtyard with in-ground fenced pool. All accommodations have private entrances. Desert location, 2 miles west of Phoenix International Raceway. 3 miles due south of Goodyear/Avondale, AZ

Elaine and Frank are just the most fabulous hosts! The entire weekend (3 nights) was outstanding! Having never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, they set the bar pretty high! The breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices. Elaine even had Hershey's syrup for me so I could make chocolate milk with my breakfast! Each night most of the guests got together for gab sessions, lots of fun. If you are coming for a race at the Phoenix track, this is your place. You can EASILY walk to the track and back and miss all of the race traffic!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, 3 nights & 4 days. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets, awesome stars, and blissful quiet. Everything we needed was in our room. The breakfasts were excellent, the quiche was my favorite. Thank you Elaine and Frank for being such excellent hosts!

My wife and I recently completed another stay at Indian Springs Ranch, the oasis in the desert. We love it here and always look forward to Elaine's great cooking. Frank and Elain are great hosts. We are returning in March 2012.

Very peaceful and serene. Frank and Elaine are adorable and very attentive if needed. Elaine's quiche is to die for. The pool located in a courtyard is a great place to relax. I will definitly be back.

Well worth it. We truly enjoyed Frank and Elaine. They were great and bent over backwards to make our stay great. Elaine even had coffee, juice and a snack for us at 3:45 AM on the last morning when we had to catch an early flight out. Who could ask for more? Ralph and Gail
