Military Rate (active Duty)

Nights 1 through 6 - 20% discount
Nights 7 through 13 - 25% discount
14 nights or more - 50% discount (With this deep discount breakfast is extra. A supplemental charge of $5.00 per person is added. Just tell us the evening before that you would like breakfast the next morning. We will be happy to accommodate you.)
NOTE: With the 50% discount, the $20.00 supplement for each person over 2 occupying the Ponderosa or La Casita remains the same. (Max of 4 persons in these rooms) This covers breakfast and the added expenses we incur with more guests sharing rooms.
Romance Packages

Let us know if you are celebrating something special or if this is a special get-away or mini vacation. Regular rates apply, but you might ask about our mid-week Hot Deal.
Depending on your preferences, upon your arrival we will provide 2 splits of champagne or sparkling cider (or one of each) and some bonbons. If you wish to have it brought to your room at another time, please let us know in advance.
Corporate Guests

Family Reunions

Do you have an "overflow" of guests at Holiday times? Are you planning a family get-together and need more space? Consider having some of your guests stay with us.
1-6 nights / one room / regular prices prevail ask about our non-holiday mid-week Hot Deals for Sunday through Thursday nights
7-13 nights / one room / 15% discount...multiple rooms / 25% discount
14-21 nights / no room minimum / 50% discount / breakfast is $5.00 extra per person
Monthly rate (based on 28 days) / $250.00/wk for Ponderosa Room or La Casita.
NOTE: With the 50% discount and monthly rate, breakfast is NOT included. There is a supplemental fee of $5.00 per person per day to have breakfast. Just let us know how many to add the night before, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Girlfriends' Getaways

Relax and read, chat or doze by the pool...stroll on our desert property...watch for jackrabbits and listen to the birds...and often the silence...bring an inspirational speaker or guest lecturer...hold a Readers' Retreat
We have a masseuse who works wonders and will quote individual or group rates to come on site. I highly recommend her. Manicures/pedicures/wraps/waxing can also be arranged. Give us several week's notice to work out dates and times to match your mutual schedules. Tell us what would be special for you and we will do our best to make it happen.

Seniors Are Special

Read or doze by the pool...stroll on our desert property...do some birdwatching...talk avaition stories with innkeeper Frank!...and just... relax.
Check out our mid-week Hot Deals or longer-stay rates. Some rooms have cooking facilities. Although we are handicapped "friendly", not all rooms are equally accessible. Let us know if you have special requirements and we will strive to accommodate them.
Quilters Workshops & Getaways

Call to let us know your special needs and we will quote you package, multiple room rates, or mid-week Hot Deals! You are welcome to book a crafting demonstrator or inspirational speaker. We can also arrange for a masseuse to come on-site. Just give us time to meet mutual schedules. For groups of up to 13.
Spring Sports Specials

Ask about multiple room or extended stay rates for Cactus League Spring Training game attendees. Lots of teams play on our side of town in Surprise and Peoria. The Cleveland Indians Stadium will be 4.4 miles from us in 2009 or 2010!
War Veterans and Teachers!

Religious / Spiritual Retreats

We can accommodate up to 30 people for daytime meetings in the courtyard (weather permitting) and up to 13 for sleeping. You supply the lunches and dinners. Multiple room discount. Patio electrical access. Tell us your needs.
