Napa's Boutique Luxury Inn, offers guests an oasis of casual elegance and relaxed refinement. This upscale B&B property features stylish decor and contemporary amenities, catering to savvy travelers who demand excellence.

Guests can choose from five spacious suites within the main house, two cozy cottages or the completely private Carriage House. Each of the accommodations is uniquely appointed and features a romantic fireplace, sun-filled sitting area, and plush beds with Egyptian Cotton coverlets, sateen linins and feather down comforters. Luxurious bathrooms boast oversized soaking tubs or jacuzzi. Other features include in-room TV, DVD and CD player, lavish robes, sensual bath amenities, and complimentary high speed internet connectivity.

Phenomenally acclaimed breakfasts are prepared each morning by 1801's private chef. Guests can choose from an array of gourmet delights which vary daily and seasonally. Wine and hor douvres is served every evening at 5:30 pm. In addition, there is a full range of spa services - given in the privacy of your guest room, a courtesy 24 hour mini bar, DVD and CD library, and extensive complementary concierge servies. 1801 First is ideally located in downtown Napa, within walking distance to acclaimed restaurants and boutique shops.

    Cancellations made prior to ten (10) days of arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $20.00 cancellation processing fee per room per night cancelled. Cancellations made within ten (10) days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Early departures are responsible for the entire reservation.
