General Information

Nine guest rooms, four of which are suites with full kitchens; two of which are cozy rooms honeymoon-type rooms with whirlpools; and three are top of the line traditional bed and breakfast rooms with queens and twins. All fabrics are one of a kind, custom sewn. The Inn is painted in warm colors and appealing textures, hand muraled or stenciled. Valued antiques are mixed with a few vintage pieces, as well as new, to create a funky, artsy, elegant traditional look.

We've been written about in The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Time Magazine, Woman's Day, Southern Living, Texas Highways, etc. The Inn has been the backdrop for several professional photo shoots, including M.D. Anderson's Christmas Cards.

  Huevos Rancheros: Mexican; tortillas, beans, eggs, home made pico de gallo, avocado, lime juice.
  French Toast: French bread dipped in milk/egg/vanilla/cinnamon/nutmeg batter and sauteed in real butter.
  Quiche: Different Fillings, always fresh.
  Potatoes: fresh potatoes, sliced and sauteed in olive oil with onions, bell pepper, garlic. parsley.
  French Omelet: Different fillings, always fresh
  Pancakes/Waffles with Pure Maple Syrup
  Eggs in any fashion: sunny side up, over easy, well done, free poached, French scrambled, omelets, etc.
