General InformationIn 1803 Asa Ransom built a grist mill on the property, the first in Erie County. The original Inn structure dates back to 1853. Dining rooms were added in 1975 with careful concern to keep the charm of the 19th century. Each room has been created with its own distinctive character. Voted best B&B in Buffalo News Readers survey. All have private bath, radio & hidden TV, telephone, and individual heat & air-conditioning. Eight of our nine rooms have working fireplaces, and rooms 5 - 9 have their own private porch or balcony. Pets are limited to roomsd 5 & 8. Dinner is available. Afternoon Tea served Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
