General Information

Antietam Overlook Farm is a 19th century-style farmhouse on ninety-five acres atop the Blue Ridge range overlooking the Antietam National Battlefield and historic Sharpsburg, MD. The view is extraordinary with rolling mountains falling away into nearby Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
The farmhouse offers a special ambiance featuring rustic wood finishes, stone fireplaces, French lace curtains, and antiques. All of our spacious suites include fireplaces, plush Queen sized beds, and private bathrooms. All but one of the suites offer private screened porches and sitting tubs located in the bedrooms.
Our live-in Chef prepares a three course gourmet breakfast for 9am every morning, and guests are encouraged to linger and socialize.

  • Deposit amount required (One days rate will be charged on your credit card after booking your stay.)
  • Check in time is 3pm-6pm and Check out time is 11am
  • Cancellations:
    If cancellation occurs prior to 7 days before your stay, $25 will be charged to your credit card and the difference of the deposit will be returned. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of your stay, the full deposit will be kept.
