Classic Fresh Crab

Serves: 2Ingredients:
- 2 fresh crabs
- 1 bay leaves, 1 for each crab
- 1 tablespoon salt
- drawn butter
- fresh lemon
Steps:
- In a large kettle, bring water to a rolling boil.
Add a bay leaf for each crab to be cooked and one tablespoon salt to the boiling water.
- Place as many live crabs into the boiling water as will easily fit into the kettle. Boil crabs for 25 minutes.
- Remove crabs from the boiling water and rinse under cold water until they are cool. Remove backs, gills, and innards. Crack Crabs and serve with drawn butter and lemon.
