Golden Dreams "100 mile" Granola

- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Steps:
- Combine and heat oil, honey and milk.
- In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients, EXCEPT raisins/cranberries, and pour in honey mixture. Mix well.
- Spread in a large shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, stir well and bake for another 15 minutes. Mixture should be nicely toasted.
- Remove from oven and stir in raisins. Cool and store in airtight containers.
Recipe easily doubles or triples and keeps well.
