Smoked Trout and Walnut Pate

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 8 oz smoked trout
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts
Steps:
- Remove skin from trout.
- Place trout and cream cheese in food processor. Blend until smooth (30-60 seconds). Add walnut oil, blend.
- Season with salt (to taste).
- Serve with fresh loaf of French bread.
